About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Consulting for the Bullhorn Core PS Team, the Senior Director, Consulting Services will be responsible for leading and managing a consulting segment that is partnering with Field, NAM, and Enterprise clients to create, execute, monitor and control a successful delivery experience.Â
You will be responsible for managing the roadmap, budget, relationships, executive updates, steercos, governance and oversight of all projects that fall within your segment. Accountable for managing the three main pillars of a successful practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales support.

Set and drive strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability.

Ensure practice job performance and provide coaching, counseling, and motivation to your next level leaders as well as individual contributors, to maximize performance of the team.

Cultivate cross-functional communications through the creation and maintenance of strategic, collaborative relationships with other lines of business, which may include Technical Services, Product Development, Product Marketing, Support and Sales.

Engage with top external stakeholders of key accounts in your portfolio, building successful and long lasting relationships.

Resolve staffing issues for very complex engagements.

Build, maintain, lead, manage, and direct a team of strategic consultants and solution architects..

Drive achievement of key metrics that drive financial health and growth.

Drive key strategic initiatives to help build and optimize the development and evolution of the delivery practice.
This role is a fit for you if...

5+ years of consulting services management experience with P&L responsibility.

10+ years consulting or staffing industry experience.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.Â

Demonstrable experience leading large teams, maintaining employee engagement and continued professional development.Â

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization.

Ability to travel a maximum of 25% to customer sites within your region.
