The Marketing team at Yext is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Leader to drive the creation and delivery of high-impact content across all channels. In this role, you will manage the content marketing team and be responsible for defining and delivering customer-centric messaging and content aligned to audience journeys for various targeted personas.Â
This role requires strategic thinking, customer-centric approaches, deep understanding of Yext products, and storytelling acumen. Strong communication skills, executive presence and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization are a must.

What You’ll Do
- Develop a 12-month rolling content roadmap aligned to demand generation and customer education strategies.
- Drive execution of all content (whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, presentations, emails, event invitations, landing pages, web pages, etc.) across various virtual teams, external agencies, and within a small team of direct reports.
- Shape the strategic messaging framework that inspires confidence, excitement, and motivation among decision-makers.
- Work with Demand and Product Marketing teams to create persona-based buyer’s journeys for various targeted personas. Ensure that all content anticipates customer needs and delivers the right messages to encourage customers to take the next action in the journey.
- Partner with the communications and product marketing teams to develop impactful speeches, scripts, presentations, and other content presented by Yext executives and speakers.
- Work with product marketing to crystallize our core product value propositions for buyers in alignment with customer buying journeys.
- Partner with the communications team to develop the Yext thought leadership program designed to educate customers on best practices for building digital customer experiences.
- Serve as the company’s master storyteller by driving the production of innovative content experiences and raising the bar for content development across the company.
- Use data and analytics to continually measure the impact of content, deliver A/B testing, and optimize content marketing across all channels.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 12+ years of experience in role or domain (content marketing, product marketing, product management)
- 5+ years experience managing content or product marketing teams
- Deep knowledge of customer journeys, campaign strategies, and the role of content marketing in advancing customer journeys
- Understanding of commercial and technical audiences and how to tailor content strategies to their unique needs
- Expertise in developing and executing content strategies and roadmaps across all marketing channels
- Demonstrated capability in creative problem solving of complex business issues through analytics, data driven insights, organizational skills, and sound judgment
- Proven clear and effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and across Product, Marketing, and Sales organizations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
- Experience producing customer facing content and working closely with agencies, across virtual teams, and third party partners
- Budget management experience
