  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences operations environments.
    • 3–5+ years of senior leadership experience in operations within a high-growth or startup environment.
    • Proven experience scaling operational systems, teams, and processes in complex organizations.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and investor-facing reporting.
    • Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including QMS, SOP development, regulatory alignment, and audit readiness.

    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
    • Collaborative leadership style with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
    • Exposure to R&D-driven or technology-enabled biotech environments is highly desirable.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive executive-level compensation package aligned with experience and impact.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
