This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining how a global B2B brand is positioned, perceived, and experienced across every customer touchpoint. You will shape the corporate narrative, elevate brand identity, and ensure consistent storytelling across marketing, product, and commercial functions. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction, requiring someone who can move seamlessly between high-level brand strategy and detailed execution oversight. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning content, communications, and creative, while partnering closely with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a pivotal opportunity to directly influence awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation through a unified and compelling brand presence. Accountabilities:
- Define and scale a clear, differentiated company narrative that unifies product, solution, and market messaging across all channels.
- Lead brand strategy and creative direction, including visual identity, tone of voice, and overall brand standards.
- Oversee content, communications, PR, social media, and executive thought leadership to strengthen market presence and credibility.
- Ensure brand discoverability across search, AI-driven discovery platforms, and emerging digital ecosystems.
- Introduce and operationalize AI-enabled workflows to enhance content creation, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team across content, communications, and creative functions.
- Partner with product marketing, demand generation, sales, web, and executive leadership to ensure consistent storytelling across the buyer journey.
- Build measurement frameworks that connect corporate marketing efforts to engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue outcomes.
- Act as the final decision-maker for creative output, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency across all initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand, communications, or content leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience building and scaling corporate marketing or brand functions at a strategic level.
- Strong background in brand strategy and creative direction, with hands-on experience working closely with design teams or having a design-informed mindset.
- Experience with modern discovery strategies, including SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing workflows and content innovation approaches.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent editorial judgment, creative intuition, and a strong data-informed decision-making approach.
