Senior Director, EDinHome Service Line (remote)
Job Description
Medically Home operates a decentralized care model for patients with serious, complex, or high-risk illnesses in partnership with health systems to safely care for their patients at home, across the care continuum, including hospital-level care. Medically Home provides health systems with all that is needed to safely care for patients, including the clinical protocols, reimbursement model, platform technology, and fulfillment of all the clinical services required in the home through partners. Clinicians and patients broadly prefer this model over traditional care; both clinical and financial outcomes are improved as compared to traditional care.
Job Description:
Medically Home seeks a strong Senior Director to help launch our new EDinHome service line. This exciting role will focus on integrating this new service line into our business practice with customers. This job requires an individual with thorough experience in operations and project management. You will be comfortable working with various groups internally and externally to drive outcomes and create systematic processes to analyze data. A strategic thinker who can operate independently, make critical thinking decisions, and drive success within the EDinHome service line.
Reports to: Vice President, General Manager of EDiH
Location: Remote
Travel: 10%
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and implement organizational structure intended to integrate the EDiH service line into the regular business practices of MHG.

Work with EDiH Service Line team and EDiH Product team to develop multi-year vision roadmap that guides the scaling of the service line to deliver great care to more patients.

Designs and improves end-to-end operational processes within the EDiH Service Line.

Helps create organizational indicators of success and best practices for this new service line by understanding current MHG processes and educating other teams on new changes that affect their work.

Maintain strong cross-functional leadership to effect change management and update functional leaders across many departments at MHG.

Strong product expertise and ability to interact with the EDiH product team to continue Electronic Health Record and customer integration improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications:

A bachelor’s or equivalent degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

10 +years professional experience required with 5+ years of relevant experience leading delivery and implementation of complex implementations and operations.

Health care experience (operations or consulting) preferred.

Strong project management skills and ability to create and hold teams to schedules.

Excellent critical thinking and analytical, problem-solving skills using both quantitative and qualitative logic.

Must be extremely proficient at briefing C-suite executives and running customer meetings.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to facilitate customer work stream meetings with mid-level and senior client professionals.

Ability to manage relationships across multiple levels, including customer executives, physicians, department leads, and service partners.

Must be comfortable with uncertainty and enjoy being on the leading edge of innovation and change within the company.
