We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Enablement Leader to drive the success of our Commercial teams by equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement and training, with a proven track record of implementing effective strategies that enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and revenue growth.
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $172,600 - $310,600

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Enablement Leader to drive the success of our Commercial teams by equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement and training, with a proven track record of implementing effective strategies that enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Develop a framework that clearly outlines the role of Sales Enablement, required inputs and the output deliverables for successful onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of Bonterra sellers across new business, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product leaders for content inputs needed to create high quality and compelling training content.
- Build and coach the enablement team to execute all the components of the training framework.
- Design, implement, and manage sales training programs that cover product pitches and demos, sales skill building, and tools & process "how-to's."
- Transform the input content to create engaging learning materials.
- Incorporate certification and testing plans to gauge comprehension and readiness.
- Develop the onboarding curriculum for all new sales representatives.
- Work with sales to create the call scoring methodology.
- Score calls to highlight coaching needs to sales management.
- Produce reports of call trends to promote cross-team learning and provide feedback to product and marketing.
- Ensure sales teams have access to updated, relevant, and compelling content that effectively communicates value propositions to prospects and customers.
- Develop and execute against an ongoing enablement calendar.
- Identify, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools that streamline workflows, improve sales efficiency, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with IT and sales operations to integrate tools seamlessly into the sales ecosystem.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Create an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
