The base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, other business and organizational needs, and if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job. The total compensation package for this position will may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
Role Description
The Senior Director reports to the Senior Vice President of Technology Delivery. As a Senior Director, you will be a leader in the technology organization responsible for partnering with and guiding executives, product, engineering, program management, quality assurance and production management teams in the strategy, planning and execution of business and technology initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

• Program risk management - engage with project managers to drive on time delivery of projects and actively manage project risks. Applications include SaaS products such as Workday, WorkRamp, Bloomfire, PrimeSuite, etc...
• Vendor management - engage with product vendors for issues management, engage with procurement team to de-risk contracts and introduce appropriate SLAs
• Executive/Stakeholder management - present program status, risks and opportunities
• Production Management - triage production issues across various product lines
• Consultative solution design - engage across technology, product and business teams to develop new solution capabilities.
• Task/Project ownership
• Monitor the evolving market landscape and make strategic recommendations to drive innovation and business impact.
• Other duties as assigned

• Self-starter and self-organized - able to work with little or no supervision
• A leader with broad technology experience ranging from leading large SaaS implementations management, technology organizational development, technology risk management and consultative solution development.
• Oversight experiences in products such as Workday, EMR's, ERP's, Salesforce, etc..
• Work with other application owners leaders in establishment of best practices
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders throughout the organization
• Strong understanding and experienced in applying security best practices
• Ability to work effectively as an organizer and influencer across multiple functional units
• Demonstrated success with managing multiple product life cycles or projects
• Experience in driving and achieving operational excellence and delivering results, and measuring efforts against goals
• Excellent leadership skills, mentoring skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Undergraduate degree
• Some travel required (10%)
• US work authorization
