VidMob is actively seeking a Senior Director of FP&A with a keen analytical mindset and strategic vision to lead and build out the FP&A function, reporting directly to the CFO. They will partner closely with C-level executives to lead transformative initiatives, deliver insightful analyses, and influence company strategy. The ideal candidate will have a rigorous analytical background, robust communication skills, a desire to drive success through actionable insights, and the confidence to ensure that action happens.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead all budgeting and forecasting processes, working with functional leads across the business to develop thoughtful, driver-based financial plans that integrate with strategic initiatives.
- Own the 3-statement model for the business, constantly refining the accuracy and predictability of dollars flowing through the business and keeping a close eye on forward-looking health.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Develop methodologies, dashboards and recurring cadences with functional leads that provide visibility into business health and drive operational changes (in partnership with RevOps).
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors at an appropriate level of granularity, with the ability to dive deeper, if necessary.
Strategic Analyses & Insights
- Conduct analyses to inform cross-functional decision-making, focusing on executive reporting, business performance measurement, customer segmentation, margin analysis & pricing.
- Develop clear, actionable recommendations to leadership by synthesizing complex information and considering the stage and needs of the business.
Initiative Management & Execution
- Manage strategic, cross-functional projects related to margin / profitability improvement, driving consensus and action across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps & Product.
Organizational Improvement
- Work collaboratively with department heads to digitize and systematize company processes to enhance scalability and efficiency commensurate with company stage.
- Deeply understand the inner workings of the business to spot problems, misalignment, and opportunities for simplicity that you can work collaboratively to resolve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (Master's, preferred) degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another relevant, quantitatively heavy field
- 7+ years of experience in analytically rigorous Finance roles, with a hard minimum of 4 years in FP&A (bonus points for B2B SaaS, ~$50m-$200m revenue, high-growth, PE-backed)
- Expert proficiency in 3-statement financial modeling
- PowerPoint / Slides and advanced Excel
- Familiarity with various operational systems / data, such as ERPs, CRMs, HRISs, and the like
- Managing and developing financial analysts / associates
- Bonus points for experience working with complex, operational data sets / BI tools

Annual base salary range for this role performed in New York is $170,000-235,000.
Total compensation will also include equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
