To be successful in the Sr. Director Global Enablement role, you must possess a positive, engaging and goal oriented management style.  Must be comfortable navigating cross functionally and cross regions to support the enablement success of our sales organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Director of Sales Enablement will act in an integrating role between various functions including Sales, Sales Operations, Product/Engineering, Product marketing, and other cross functional team to support enabling the sales organization
  • This position is responsible for leading the Sales Enablement initiatives for the sales team to increase sales productivity and support the sales team
  • Lead the Global Sales Enablement team responsible for sales training, boot camps, new hire training and onboarding, and channel partner training
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to design and deliver enablement tools and resources needed for selling such as GTM training, sales playbooks, negotiation training, etc
  • Conduct regular analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge, and processes and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for Transformation Development
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish sales competency and assessment frameworks, address any readiness gaps, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and deliver targeted programs in coordination with the broader go-to-market team
  • Create written content to educate the sales team including case studies, competitive information fact sheets, and product collateral
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and demonstrate this through world-class messaging and sales enablement
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible on demand via a sales intranet
  • Determine content adoption, sales assessments, and performance metrics to develop high-performing teams
  • Gather daily feedback from Global Revenue teams to continuously improve sales enablement programs
  • Collaborate with leaders across geographies to complete shared objectives
Pay range disclosure

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs. 

At Bugcrowd, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current for the position of Senior Director Sales Enablement  is: $153,908 - $193,148.

This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. 


The Director will be responsible for hiring and overseeing a team of Strategic Account Managers. This role requires collaboration and shared oversight of activities performed by Customer Success, Solutions Architecture.

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years in experience in Sales Enablement in a SaaS environment
  • Minimum of 5 years managing global enablement teams
  • BS/BA preferred
