Senior Director, Global Workplace Experience

The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The Senior Director, Global  Workplace will be responsible for leading and managing the real estate and workplace operations. This role will be critical in ensuring that our workplace and real estate strategies align with our business goals and support our dynamic and rapidly expanding team.

The Global Real Estate and Workplace Operations Leader will manage a team of regional real estate and workplace operations managers, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our workplace and real estate strategies are aligned with our business objectives.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the use of our global real estate portfolio, including the acquisition, leasing, and management of office space and other facilities. This includes identifying and securing new office spaces as the company grows, as well as overseeing the build-out and design of new spaces to ensure a high-quality, functional, and enjoyable work environment for employees.

• Manage and oversee all global real estate activities and strategy, including planning, vendor management, budgeting, site selection, financial analysis, transaction negotiations, office buildout, and workplace services
• Develop and implement innovative real estate strategies by country to best align with employee experience and budget
• Ensure that the work environment in all of our offices reflects our company culture and values, and provides a welcoming and engaging experience for employees
• Develop organizational policies relevant to the Real Estate and Workplace Operations and drive efficiency in office procedures and processes to enhance service quality and consistency 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 + years of experience in real estate and workplace operations, preferably in companies that have seen rapid growth in headcount and geo expansion 
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful real estate and workplace strategies, including experience building out new office spaces
• Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing real estate and workplace strategies that meet corporate objectives within budget

Preferred: 

• Experience in project and program management at scale
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience developing and managing budgets

Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only)

Base Compensation Range: $240,000.00 - $360,000.00

In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
