If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Director, Marketing. You will manage key aspects of marketing including lead generation, digital marketing, social media, and community. You will report to our EVP, Marketing and Brand.

One of the most critical elements of this role is leading our growth marketing efforts as we continue to scale and expand globally. In this role, you will be asked to create, execute, and measure the demand generation strategy, and will lead our pipeline generation efforts to drive new customer logo growth and customer expansion opportunities. Coupled with this, you will be responsible for improving our customer experience and driving life-long retention.

This is a key role that is integral to shaping PartnerHero’s image, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ultimately contributing to our organizational success. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and marketing expertise to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and solutions that achieve business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive demand generation initiatives to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue targets, leveraging various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, website, and partnerships.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Develop strategies to retain and engage existing customers.
  • Oversee marketing messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Partner Operations and Customer Experience to develop and execute marketing strategies, including pricing and positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as brand, sales, partner operations, customer experience, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts and revenue growth with overall business objectives.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience leading demand generation teams focused on end to end digital demand generation.
  • Subject matter expert on marketing analytics and performance benchmarking with deep experience in attribution and optimization.
  • Solid ability in storytelling and messaging that shows the value of our solutions, team, and customers.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Clear, concise, and compelling communication (visual, verbal, and written) skills.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience running digital marketing programs in the Americas/EMEA/APAC.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Base Salary Range:

$150,000 - $160,000 plus bonus
