Senior Director, Growth Marketing
Job Description
QGenda is seeking an experienced and growth-focused individual to lead our Demand Generation team. As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue growth. You will lead a team in executing effective campaigns across various channels to capture, influence and nurture leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation, revenue growth and team leadership.Â
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics to expand customer base and increase market penetrationÂ
- Lead a team to execute campaigns and programs across multiple channels, including but not limited to: web, paid media, email, social, account-based marketing (ABM), and content while exploring new, high potential programsÂ
- Establish demand generation best practices, owning accountability for and managing the top and mid-funnel lead routing and nurturing strategies that drive high quality SQLs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive revenue growthÂ
- Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, refine messaging and optimize campaign targetingÂ
- Establish and maintain effective marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to drive engagement and conversionsÂ
- Optimize marketing spend and allocate budget effectively across channels to maximize return on investment (ROI)Â
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets that resonate with target audiencesÂ
- Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making to continually test and refine marketing strategiesÂ
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiativesÂ
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development and growthÂ
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop data-driven marketing plans and make informed decisions, utilizing insights from measured campaign performance to optimize marketing effortsÂ
- An excellent communicator and collaborator, with the capacity to effectively work cross-functionally and align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- You have exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate and mentor high performing teamsÂ
- You maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, Martech and best practices in demand generation
- You have a result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvementsÂ
Experience You BringÂ
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving measurable results, with at least 5+ years of directly managing a team of 3+ individualsÂ
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing demand generation strategies to generate high-quality leads and contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentÂ
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MarketoÂ
- Experience in managing marketing automation platforms and implementing lead nurturing processesÂ
- Experience in optimizing marketing spend and allocating budgets effectivelyÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plusÂ
Not Required, but Nice to Have
- Experience building demand generation programs at a software/SaaS company selling enterprise solutions to hospitals and/or health systemsÂ
- Experience implementing Account-based marketing (ABM) programs, with utilization of related tools (i.e. Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase, Metadata.io)
Please note: While this is a remote opportunity, we prefer candidates within the Eastern and Central time zones of the United States. We also have great offices in Atlanta and Baltimore for those interested in a hybrid/in-office experience.
