Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Go to Market and Customer Success will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer loyalty. This role will also oversee the Customer Success team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute market development strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.

  • Lead and manage the Customer Success team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving customer retention and expansion.
  • Develop and manage performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Customer Success
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies, including onboarding, adoption, and retention programs.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers to stay informed about market needs and trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Develop and manage a team of market development and customer success professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success.

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in market development, customer success, or a related field, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
