To support our next phase of business growth, we are looking for a Senior Director, HR / HR Business Partner to lead HR for our Marketing and Global Revenue/Field Sales organizations.
Position Summary
This role serves as the key senior HR partner and strategic business leader for the sales, customer success, consulting, partner sales and marketing teams. With the Chief Revenue Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer as the principal clients, this role will develop and drive strategies, prioritize, influence, plan and implement key people and culture initiatives that accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- As an extension of Marketing and Sales Leadership, serve as a partner to C-level leaders and their direct reports on all aspects of Talent;
- Understand the key business drivers and challenges, serving as a business leader first while contributing perspective to business leadership teams through the lens of talent expertise;
- Provide leadership in developing and executing the Domo’s global HR strategy within Revenue, Field Sales and Marketing with a focus on talent assessments, leadership development, succession management, org design and strategic talent planning to ensure the right talent is prepared to do the right work at the right time;
- Leverage business acumen, competitive insights, external benchmarking, and internal data to inform decisions and drive solutions related to employer branding, talent acquisition, compensation practices, and engagement initiatives to attract and retain world class talent;
- Coach leaders to transform themselves and their teams to be highly productive, deliver on business goals and lead through collaboration as well as Domo’s values;
- Partner with business leaders to engage in creative problem solving, apply effective talent solutions and proactively address strategic (long term) and operational (short term) opportunities;
- Build people manager capability, facilitate employee career growth and leverage learning solutions to develop the skills and capabilities of our diverse, global workforce;
- Serve as an employee advocate and counsel leaders in addressing performance opportunities to optimize the productivity of individuals and teams;
- Deliver on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies as we create an exceptional culture where every employee can do their best work;
- Create a world class employee experience by partnering with Domo’s talented team of HR professionals to deliver innovative, impactful solutions including the Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, DEI, Learning, Talent Management and HRBP teams;
- Manage a global team of HRBP professionals in the US, Japan, India and the UK;
- Serve as a key leader of the HR leadership team, reporting to the Chief People Officer;
- Champion Domo’s culture, vision, and values.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HR functions as inclusive of HR business partnership, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion or Organizational Development;
- Previous roles as a sales/marketing HRBP leader in a SaaS company;
- Previous experience managing teams and bilingual capabilities a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required;
- Master degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
