Job Summary

Responsible for leading the HR Solutions team, including payroll and timekeeping, HR Service Center, leave management, and associate relations.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishes vision for transforming payroll and timekeeping, HR Service Center, leave management, and associate relations into a one stop solution center for associates
  • Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
  • Develops roadmap to define and build capabilities (i.e. process, technology etc.) to streamline and enhance the associate experience
  • Drives accountability and operational excellence across the team
  • Establishes metrics to analyze trends and monitor effectiveness
  • Keeps abreast of federal, state, and local requirements, laws, and regulations ensuring compliance and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders, as needed.
  • Anticipates future business challenges and opportunities to provide forward-thinking approaches and solutions that align with the overall HR strategy and support business objectives
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Work Experience

  • 10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 08B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
