The Senior Director, Integrated Marketing will develop and drive full-funnel integrated marketing activity from strategy to execution in order to drive brand awareness and business growth for Shipt. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in developing compelling, through-the-line consumer campaigns with in-house and external teams; deep familiarity with leveraging consumer insights to inform marketing decisions; and strong experience optimizing marketing budget to deliver results at each stage of the marketing funnel.

What You'll Do
- Bring the brand to life across marketing channels for consumers, shoppers, and prospective business partners through campaigns, programs, and tentpole moments.
- Own the marketing-wide calendar, leveraging data, insights, and financial analysis to determine when and to what degree we activate in which markets for which audiences.
- Develop, launch, and optimize brand awareness campaigns across the media landscape including video, display, paid social, OOH, TV/OTT, and other marketing channels.
- Lead key integrated marketing efforts to build brand awareness and favorability, spearheading creative brief development, campaign planning, oversight of implementation, and reporting and analysis.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for key retail and strategic partners.
- Oversee sales enablement to empower our business development team to meet aggressive sales goals.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders from various teams and agencies (eg. growth, social, product marketing, PR, DEI, FP&A, data science) to determine channel strategy and media mix, activations, and product integration.
- Be an expert in measuring impact of awareness campaigns and able to demonstrate business results as a result of awareness campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of relevant marketing experience; strong preference for candidates with background in both high-growth companies and larger corporations
- Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns crafted to drive brand awareness and favorability
- Expertise writing strategic briefs, and working closely with creative teams to ensure work is delivering against the brief
- Familiarity with partnering with sales teams to create partner-specific sales marketing material
- Data-driven marketing mentality that consistently uses data, analytics, insights, and metrics to implement marketing programs that deliver measurable impact
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, cultivator of strong cross-functional relationships
- Forward-thinking and inventive, with a problem-solving attitude; experience in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience hiring and retaining top talent and success in team building, day-to-day management, mentorship, and coaching
