The PositionThe Senior Director of Integrated Media collaborates with internal teams and external partners to estimate media budget requirements, gain client commitments, plan and buy media, and monitor performance to client objectives. Across these relationships, the role will understand customer behavior and context, and then envision, plan and orchestrate strategic media plans to define how brands connect to people across the customer journey. A successful candidate has deep strategic media planning experience across all channels and takes a data-driven approach to development. The Senior Director of Integrated Media is highly collaborative, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment. Experience in developing and executing media plans for hospitals and health systems, health technology companies, physician groups, and health services organizations is required.

The ResponsibilitiesIncludes, but not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with Revive strategy, creative, analytics, and engagement planning teams to introduce bold ideas for the use of integrated marketing programs
- Create go-to-market strategies and select vendor and technology components to execute them
- Research and identify value enhancing technologies and innovative channel tactics and introduce them to account team media initiatives
- Support ongoing client goal achievement through measurement of campaign performance across leveraged channels and partners
- Recommend targeted, innovative media vehicles consistent with media strategies and client budget.
- Research, RFP, and manage vendors and partners to execute campaigns across current and emerging channels on time and budget
- Translate business objectives into actionable goals that can be accomplished across paid, earned, owned, and shared media channels
- Commission or perform first-party research and utilize syndicated tools to identify audience insights and build communication strategies
- Set and enforce agency requirements and expectations with vendors
- Monitor and support channel vendor costs and commissions through partner media agencies; negotiate these costs when appropriate
- Manage vendor timelines and budgets to ensure spend is within contract limits and efficiently utilized
- Review and ensure the quality of strategic media plans on behalf of client teams, including consumer media preference, media consumption and finding the media opportunities available for clients
- Refine the narrative for agency activation offerings and partnerships, aiding in new business pitches and account specific organic growth
- Participate in the development of, and presentation of, new business pitches.

- Our media partnerships offer a great value and service to our clients, delivering superior performance to our clients and ensuring our ongoing work together!
- I learned a new media strategy through my own development and have now brought that to the table as a recommendation to our clients!
- 10+ years’ experience in media strategy planning: program planning and management, fluency in a range of digital and traditional channels, experience with core planning tools and systems, ability to deliver programs from theory to execution
- Use of media planning tool such as Kantar, Simmons, Scarborough, SQAD, Mosaic required
- Agency experience required
- Health care industry knowledge and experience is required, particularly in health services, health technology, or health systems
- Understanding of how communications, creative and media work together
- Strong presentation skills for internal, vendor, and client meetings
- Knowledge and ongoing discovery of vendors, platforms and partners who can aid our efforts in the space
- Demonstrated alignment with Revive’s core values
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising or related field required
- Self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced environment
