Position Overview:
Serving as a Commercial Leadership Team member, this role is responsible for bridging the commercial and operations teams to ensure that proposed customer strategies and associated pricing are optimized for maximum win rates. The role scope includes managing the customer facing solution consulting team as well as the designing and execution of end-to-end launch plans for new products and new releases of existing products.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the RTSM subject matter expert throughout the sales process. Owning and managing various pre-sales activities – including demos, protocol scoping, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales team, to support the sales cycle and account plan.
- Design of comprehensive plan including but not limited to- required delivery changes, SOP enhancements, technical spec updates, call center support training, sales enablement materials, marketing collateral and pricing.
- Leadership of Launch Readiness Group. This role will be responsible for establishing and leading a cross functional Launch Readiness Team, dedicated to providing design input and executing against the launch strategy.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields of study. MBA or a graduate degree, a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in a pre-sales role, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and various selling strategies.
- Relevant competitive knowledge, including industry, technologies and product offerings, evolving technologies, and threats.
- Experience leading pre-launch and launch strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across operations and commercial.
Skills:
- Proven consultative skills from prior performance engineering engagements in presales or professional services.
- Outgoing personality and passionate about technical sales and working with customers.
- Strong collaboration and team effectiveness skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information and insights effectively.
