TransUnion has an immediate need for a technical leader to join our growing Marketing Analytics Operations team to help architect and lead a best-in-class technical delivery team. The Senior Director, Marketing Analytics Operations role is a blend of technical consulting, data technology leadership, and marketing analytics expert tasked with developing best practices around product implementation, data integration and validation, and product delivery that will enable TransUnion to better support its clients and realize marketing value.

  • Lead a cross-functional organization of various technical disciplines, spanning data integration, data ingestion, data validation, product solution design, data workflows, and overall implementation architecture.
  • You will work cross-functionally to ensure product implementation requirements are standardized and communicated across teams, developing best practices to streamline product delivery.
  • You will work cross-functionally with sales and account teams to ensure high-quality deals are put in place and that teams are supported in their efforts to convey the impact to clients.
  • Design and implement delivery process improvements across UI, MTA, MMM, and Unified product solutions.
  • Design and implement data ingestion and validation improvements across UI, MTA, MMM, and Unified product solutions.
  • Develop internal measurements to drive internal efficiencies across delivery and data processing.
  • Design and develop internal best practices to help drive higher client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Design and develop onboarding and training curriculum to grow talent and maintain a high level of employee retention and engagement.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and evaluation of product feature enhancements, product migration plans, and product rollouts.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and objectives, and then the Marketing Effectiveness team to design, develop and complete analytical processes/solutions, in order to address stakeholders' objectives.
  • Develop both standardized and innovative mechanisms to encourage the adoption of analytics among stakeholder groups across the marketing spectrum, from planning to execution.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience of the AdTech and MarTech industry, vendors, and technologies.
  • Technical background and experience with data technologies such as SQL, Cloud DB Providers, Python, etc.
  • Leadership background with experience leading a large, cross-functional organization of 50+ associates.
  • The ability to problem solve and identify large-scale efficiencies.
  • Experience in translating technical requirements and concepts into business and product objectives for internal and external audiences.
  • Outstanding Excel, PowerPoint, and data dashboarding skills
  • Proven analytical skills to review quantitative data, and marketing mix modeling output to identify trends, interpret findings, draft insights, and formulate recommendations.
  • Experience making trade-offs to deliver effective solutions to business partners in a timely fashion.
  • Experience with Google Cloud and AWS technologies.
  • Background in product management and P & L operational metrics.
  • Solid experience in strategy, planning, budgeting, and financials
