The Sr. Director, Marketing Operations is a key position on the Marketing Leadership Team. She/He will be leading some of the most critical initiatives for Marketing across the business, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other Senior Marketing and Commercial Leaders within the company. We need a leader who is passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive smarter decision making to drive growth and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be data metric driven, growth oriented, with an ability to understand the big picture and our overall business strategy, while driving key strategic marketing initiatives to drive long-term growth.
She/He will have a strong customer focus and ability to navigate a matrixed environment to execute the SPS marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts. Must be a hands-on leader who possesses the best combination of strategic thinking and drive to achieve tangible business results.
The Sr. Director, Marketing Operations is a key member of the Commercial functional leadership team, and reports to the SPS VP Marketing. This role is based out of the Honeywell headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively lead the execution of Business-wide strategies and main initiatives.
- Define, develop, and manage marketing dashboards for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities.
- Work closely with marketing team members, to ensure execution of company's campaign strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing planning and budgeting processes.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Business teams across the Division, and Corporate, to develop an integrated roadmap for Digital Marketing for SPS Marketing.
- Continue to evolve funnel analytics dashboards and to foster the partnership with Sales Excellence.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years Marketing or Commercial experience with leadership experience in Marketing Operations
- Ability to set a vision, communicate it and drive the team to deliver on it together
- Demonstrated track record of creating and executing cross functional programs that enhance digital customer experience
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Martech main components
- Curiosity for data and ability to generate insights from data analysis
- Previous experience with data analytics and ABM in a B2B company
- Ability to drive cross-functional programs from planning to execution

- Aptitude and interest in data driven decision making and promoting continuous improvement
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence
