Senior Director, Marketing Technology - Remote

Position Purpose: Evolve marketing technology to be consumer first and data driven. Oversee execution and performance excellence of marketing programs. Advance existing vision and technology road maps with key functional leaders outside of marketing such as IT, Digital Products and Sourcing to assure alignment and successful adoption and evolution. Design and implement new lead processes and solutions that deliver ever improving success with brokers and our call centers.
Translate business goals and strategy into actionable marketing technology road maps and solutions that deliver ROI
Represent Marketing's interests with technology partners, such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Google, by translating business needs into technology requirements/roadmaps
Partner closely within Marketing and Technology teams to ensure technical solutions are ideal for the organization, build marketing capabilities and deliver ROI
Design and implement solutions that improve the efficiency of marketing funnels and programs, while enabling innovation and scale
Identify and execute programs to increase marketing impact on growth and decrease the prospecting burden on sales
Develop creative, data-driven solutions to complex problems that increase the return on marketing investments
Focus on supporting the end-to-end leads management process from capturing, scoring, filtering, enriching, routing, and assigning high quality leads to the correct sales rep
Focus on supporting Experiential Marketing's Prospect Conversion Programs, Webinars, and Local Briefings, including ownership of the nomination tool and lead management for these program
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience managing and leading marketing technology initiatives required. Advanced experience with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce Sales Cloud) marketing automation platforms (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Workflow and process (Adobe Workfront), web platforms (Adobe EM), Google Suite, Marketing Mix platforms (i.e. Optimine), content platforms (i.e. Seismic & Adobe DAM), and performance analytics (Salesforce Marketing Intelligence Cloud). Intermediate experience with SQL, Tableau or PowerBI, or other reporting/data visualization solutions.
