Partnering with the most iconic brands in the world, we put people at the center of everything we do to deliver value, innovation, and business transformation.

Our organization specializes in driving business and brand strategies for a diverse array of ambitious global clients. As the Senior Client Strategy Director, you will lead a global team, foster relationships with Fortune 500 brands, and spearhead strategic projects worldwide. Your role will involve collaboration across various disciplines (media, strategy, creative, data, and tech), managing and mentoring team members, and providing insight into client financials and profitability. As part of the wider leadership team, you will help shape the future of both the clients you partner with and the agency as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse team of directors, supervisors, and leads, overseeing daily tasks and promoting professional career development.
  • Provide executive leadership for large client groups, maintaining direct communication with key client-side decision-makers.
  • Oversee and manage clients across multiple verticals.
  • Evaluate P&L, meet profitability goals, identify growth and cross-selling opportunities, and assess resource needs and support.
  • Strategically guide client partnerships, improving and integrating media plans, incorporating insights, and targeting broader business goals.
  • Continuously assess business needs, addressing areas of weakness such as team design, relationships, results, processes, and upcoming challenges.
  • Drive results against a multitude of goals across the funnel, track progress, and report to decision-makers at an executive level.
  • Navigate clients' internal structures, partnering with key stakeholders, and facilitate broad communication to overcome obstacles in a matrix organization.
  • Understand and challenge performance limits across various channels, both internally and externally managed.
  • Efficiently clear roadblocks for client teams, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations and deliver effectively.
  • Actively participate in client meetings at various levels of seniority, offering support as needed.
  • Collaborate with media leads to foster key partner relationships (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.), ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of opportunities, betas, and support.
  • Lead executive-level communication and strategic planning, nurturing relationships with key business stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of related work experience in retail, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns with KPIs across each stage of the funnel.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fast, accurate, and authoritative analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Strong management and team development skills.
  • Robust commercial and business acumen.
  • Proven record of lasting, mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical, organized, and adept at prioritizing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
