Senior Director of Business Systems Management

• Understand and assess Discord’s needs and enterprise readiness as it relates to business systems.
• Own our business systems architecture, solution design, implementation, and the technology selection process.
• Work across internal divisions to translate business needs into enterprise systems strategies that improve scalability and process optimization prioritized on business impact.
• Serve as the voice for Business Systems within the company and set clear expectations on project prioritization and progress.
• Set and build alignment on project roadmaps and ensure on time and on budget delivery.
• Lead and mentor a small team and project manage a combination of external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Scale existing business systems such as Workday and Oracle Fusion for current and future needs.

• 10+ years experience launching and scaling business systems, business processes, and incident management for a public company.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion and Workday with hands-on experience implementing solutions and systems integration.
• Strong experience in Master Data Management.
• 6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and external consulting resources.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers, integration teams, and middleware solutions such as Oracle OCI, Boomi, Workato, or Mulesoft.
• Proven track record of achieving impact through empowering teams with innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity and manage multiple projects through completion on time/budget.
• Exceptional communication instincts & practices that keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ITGCs for a public company required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $261,000 to $287,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
