Position Summary

We are looking for a strong leader and manager to drive our efforts in Data Science and Data Engineering. This person will be in charge of analytics, machine learning and AI for Current Health and report into the CTO. Our data can help identify patients who are good candidates for Hospital at Home programs, improve adherence, improve outcomes and save lives. We are growing rapidly, and the opportunity to generate even more value from our data is increasing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Healthcare data analytics, knowledge of how the healthcare payer system works, and experience with data as a product. This person will work cross-functionally to help with clinical research, ROI assessments and pricing, risk understanding, business analytics and more.

• Lead the Data Science and Data Engineering teams
• Lead Data, analytics and AI strategy
• Own algorithms, data strategy, and reporting
• Drive Analytics and ROI information for our customers

Requirements

We want to hear from you if you have

• Broad knowledge of Data Science, analytics, and machine learning
• Knowledge of medical economics
• Experience with data as a product
• Experience with healthcare data analytics
• Understanding of hospital and chronic care compensation models and how to provide analysis for pricing
• Understanding of analytics to support risk models
• Experience managing multiple teams, growing an organization and helping team members develop and grow their careers.
• Ability to present at the executive level to customers and within BestBuy Health
