Senior Director of Research & Evaluation

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director of Research & Evaluation to lead the organization’s impact measurement, research agenda, and learning initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks, translate complex data into actionable insights, and guide cross-functional teams to strengthen programs, products, and organizational strategy. You will oversee the development of KPIs, methodologies, and culturally responsive evaluation practices, while leading a proactive research agenda on workforce, immigration, economic mobility, and AI-driven labor trends. This position requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence strategy across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
