Senior Director of Enterprise Sales

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow enterprise revenue globally.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive sales strategies and positioning.
• Build and lead a team of enterprise sales executives, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Manage the sales cycle, ensuring a high level of quality throughout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cross-selling functions and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to executive leadership.

• 3+ years of Strategic Sales Leadership experience
• Software sales experience required, experience selling into the software development space preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing enterprise revenue globally.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual planning activities including forecasting, pipeline management and effectiveness Oversee cross-departmental coordination to increase customer retention.
• Help drive strategic initiatives and program improvement related to infrastructure, workflows, processes, CSM development
• Develop staffing plans and hiring of new team members as needed; including forecasting and determining future needs
