The Role:

As the Senior Director of Finance at Accomplishr, you will oversee and manage all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring fiscal health and strategic growth. You will:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s objectives and growth plans.
• Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure sound financial management.
• Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team regarding financial performance and business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor cash flow, investment activities, and financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate financial uncertainties.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and support business initiatives.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial management role, with a strong track record of financial strategy and leadership.
• Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning systems).
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
