Job Description:

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions for the global business which includes maintaining monthly & quarterly budget to actual results, management packages and scenario analysis.
Partner with business operations and management across the organization working closely with them to evaluate new business opportunities and provide financial guidance.
Work within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment to provide financial rigor and strategic insight around business decisions that all products and departments of the business.
Meet with and be a value-added resource to the global sales teams to provide reporting and pipeline support to sales representatives and management.
Liaise with international finance and accounting teams for budgeting and forecasting for their region.
Assist sales representatives with revenue benchmarking, tracking performance to goal/quota/sales plan payouts as well as developing sales plans with leadership on an annual basis.
Work with sales representatives and our related parties, including overseas affiliates, to provide rates for new advertisers and negotiate new rates for existing customers.
Optimize company use of Salesforce and Workday to provide leadership with data and actionable insights.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses in response to special requests.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business
10+ Years’ experience in financial planning and analysis or Investment Banking
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including financial modeling, budget and profitability analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Excel performing complex data analysis including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
Experience working within a matrix environment supporting multiple business partners.
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and be inclusive of ideas.
Communicates clearly, accurately, and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
Works independently and functions well under pressure; consistently pays attention to accuracy and quality of work.
Takes initiative to add value beyond initial requests by anticipating future questions/follow up requests and proactively resolving them.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required.
Knowledge of the media industry is helpful but not required.

Location:  NYC - Hybrid. Successful candidates must live a commutable distance from our Lower Manhattan headquarters.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
