We are seeking an experienced marketing communications leader to join our global privately held company as Senior Director of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving our global B2B marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth across multiple divisions.

As a strategic leader, you will oversee a talented marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of B2B marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing programs on a global scale. This person will be responsible for delivering results for the company in the form of gaining new customers, increased sales, and driving global brand awareness.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Director of Marketing will develop the InVue global marketing strategy and lead prioritization to deliver on the company's overall commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition, drive demand generation, and support revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Define and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with B2B audiences, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, events, thought leadership, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to align marketing efforts with their goals and develop targeted marketing programs that support the customer journey and drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and thought leadership content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Drive the development and execution of an effective digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation, to reach and engage B2B global audiences.
  • Establish robust analytics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and expand the company's marketing capabilities on a global scale.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on global marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2B marketing strategies that drove lead generation, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a marketing team across different regions.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, including account-based marketing, demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, content marketing, and website optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making, measure marketing performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
