We know our technology is only as good as our team, so to support our continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and analytical Senior Director of Revenue Operations to develop foundational RevOps processes and own key sales planning initiatives. This is a high-impact, business critical role for an Operations leader who will serve at the confluence of Marketing, Sales and Finance.
As Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will:
- Serve as founding RevOps leader for the Identity business unit, working with senior leadership to originate and operationalize key processes and procedures, including the identification and tracking of KPIs.
- Manage the sales funnel and pipeline, conducting comprehensive sales segmentation analysis to identify opportunities and optimize each territory's performance.
- Own sales planning and reporting, developing data-informed forecasts in alignment with established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic compensation plans and administer incentive comp/commission programs.
- Drive process improvement in sales enablement and execution, optimizing the effectiveness of the go-to-market infrastructure.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Sales team members, ensuring consistent performance against established processes, including compliance with internal standards for CRM data maintenance.
You might be right for us if you:
- Offer 8+ years of Operations experience, ideally in Sales, Marketing or Finance, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Are intensely analytical with impeccable research and reporting skills, with proven expertise in sales process methodologies and process execution.
- Offer experience managing CRM and Sales Automation systems, with demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce (SF Administrator Certification is a BIG bonus).
- Are an ambitious, achievement-oriented intrapreneur with demonstrated success in driving results in a scaling B2B tech sales organization.
- Are polished and professional, skilled in providing concierge style service to high-value customers with even higher expectations.
- Have a bias to action with a high risk tolerance and thrive in a culture of innovation, where ideation, experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
