Position Purpose: Oversee local market operations to successfully deliver on scope of services for one or more clients, ensuring client satisfaction and including P&L responsibility for client accounts
• Actively manage P&L for operating unit to meet annual internal financial targets• Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with appropriate levels within client organizations• Meet and exceed contractual requirements, including contractual service levels, for each client and compliance with local/state/federal laws and regulations associated with scope of services• Continuously identify and execute on opportunities for operational efficiency and develop a "best practice" approach to the defined operational areas• Responsible for operating unit's strategic vision, objectives, and policies and procedures. Lead the local organization to make it a high performing unit• Build strong relationships across the company and support organizations to seek appropriate support from shared services departments and leverage best practices and strategies for success• Actively engage with clients to help grow our top line revenue associated with each client• Proactively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients and relate our services to helping achieve client's key objectives
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 8-10 years total experience, including 6+ years of experience in Management, Administration or Operations, preferably in the Healthcare or Insurance industry with external/client facing operations. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
