What we're looking for
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take the reins of our paid marketing strategy at SurveyMonkey, driving growth and ROI across our products and solutions. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with our Marketing organization and cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies. As a digital-first company, we will rely on your expertise to drive high-quality traffic and leads, allowing you to shape and own your paid media strategy. Together, we'll define success and continually optimize our approach.
What you'll be working on
- Manage >$50M budget overseeing both Self-Service and Sales-Assisted customer journeys.
- Create a culture or environment that embraces diversity and a sense of belonging for a global growth marketing team.Â
- Embrace innovation and strive for excellence when transferring our goals into a full-funnel paid marketing strategy across SEM, social, programmatic, display, and video.
- Oversee budget planning and forecasting, including establishing KPIs and targets in partnership with Finance. Provide regular insights on performance to exceed goals.
- Explore and implement new marketing channels or methodologies to capitalize on a rapidly evolving marketing and customer privacy landscape.
- Partner with Analytics teams to build critical measurement and reporting capabilities, including but not limited to MTA, MMM, A/B experiments, and incremental testing.
- Partner with the brand team to build and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive reach and long-term business impact.
We'd love to hear from people with
- 15+ years of Paid Media experience and 5+ years in a Marketing leadership role.
- 3+ years of in-house paid media experience.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and experience collaborating with executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and mastery around KPIs including CAC, ROI, LTV.
The base pay provided for this position ranges from $195,840 / year - $294,400 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
