As we continue to expand our cloud ecosystem, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Partnerships with a focus on building our relationship with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) team.
Position Overview:
The Senior Director of Partnerships - AWS will play a strategic role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy with AWS. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key AWS partners to drive mutual business growth.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and leveraging the AWS ecosystem.
- Identify and evaluate potential AWS partners to enhance and expand our offerings.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at AWS and other strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Business Development:
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the AWS ecosystem.
- Work closely with sales teams to leverage partnerships for mutual success.
Collaboration with AWS:
- Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and AWS, fostering collaboration and aligning on joint goals for co-marketing and co-selling.
- Stay abreast of AWS product updates and industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives related to AWS partnerships.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align partnership efforts with overall business objectives.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of AWS partnerships.
- Regularly evaluate and report on the performance and impact of partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on partnership development, preferably with a strong emphasis on AWS.
- Extensive knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including key products, services, and partner programs.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to represent the company effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in the NPO or the Public Sector is not required, but a plus!
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range: $150,100 - $270,100
