About You

The Senior Director, Performance Marketing will be a key leadership role within the Marketing team. We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who knows how to leverage Performance Marketing to drive sustainable business growth. You will lead the strategy and execution of all paid marketing channels with a substantial budget, cross-functional partnerships, and aggressive growth targets. You should be equally comfortable analyzing performance data and setting high-level strategy across paid marketing levers. You will be leading a team of extremely talented marketers, up-leveling and partnering with them to achieve targets.  

Responsibilities:

  • Own total working media budget, marketing forecasting, and delivery against key business metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization, building a culture of innovation and hypothesis and data driven experimentation
  • Partner with retention marketing team on revenue planning, budgeting, and to ensure business is meeting LTV / CAC targets
  • Partner with Brand team to plan Brand campaign media buys
  • Develop cross-channel strategies to support integrated campaigns, new product launches, growth initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams enhance and continue building best-in-class marketing data and technology capabilities
  • Work closely with Analytics to optimize attribution methodologies, model and forecast ROI, monitor and communicate performance to executive leadership, and drive marketing measurement optimization
  • Lead with compassion, empathy and have the ability to coach, up-level, and retain a team of channel experts across paid media channels to achieve aggressive growth at scale

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise (8-10yrs)  leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, TV, Audio, Affiliate, Partnerships, Leads Email) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns
  • 5 + years of experience in managing teams
  • Prior experience working in a DTC/eCommerce company is required
  • Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and drive efficient revenue growth working in-house at a high-growth consumer brand
  • Experience testing and scaling new marketing channels 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and dig into the details to solve
  • Data-driven decision making capabilities, including being able to triangulate across different datasets and varying degrees of data completeness to develop models and inform strategies

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$170,000$200,000 USD
