About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader to evolve Aurora's positioning, articulate our multi-product platform vision, and take GTM enablement and customer-led growth to the next level. This is a highly challenging and visible role requiring expertise in cross-functional alignment and leadership, messaging and positioning, strategic GTM planning, and customer marketing.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a hard-working team of product, growth, and customer marketers: work alongside the team to evangelize the team's work and build strong alignment with adjacent teams
  • Lead your team to define differentiated, clear, customer-centric narratives, value propositions, and messaging for new products, audiences, and markets
  • Empower our GTM teams to communicate the value of our products effectively through product knowledge transfer, content, customer stories, and value-based talk tracks
  • Develop research insights and practices to inform buyer personas, positioning and messaging, and GTM strategies
  • Bring to life the problems our products solve through powerful narratives and be a market-facing subject matter expert for the product vision and portfolio both internally, and externally
  • Define and measure the right KPIs and metrics to ensure your team is successfully driving, and influencing acquisition, adoption, and expansion

What We Value
  • Product marketing experience for a multi-product and multi-buyer portfolio
  • Collaborate extensively with Product, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop the best approach to releasing, announcing, packaging and pricing, and launching new products and capabilities for maximum revenue impact
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles (solution marketing, product management, strategic planning, and analysis)
  • 5+ years of experience leading a full-stack product marketing team
  • Demonstrated success in marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
  • Proven ability to deeply understand the needs of customers and translate those findings into product and go-to-market strategies
  • Able to drive outcomes in a dynamic, fast-growing, and collaborative environment
