How You Will Make an Impact

• Senior Director, Product Development will develop new products and enhance existing products
• Direct brand management efforts by involving creative teams to produce results that drive sales
• Senior Director, Product Development will manage, define and develop brand tone and voice, as well as brand visual identity
• Responsible for creative development that rolls into print and digital
• Senior Director, Product Development will launch hardware and software products on a regular basis, from idea to finished product
• Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy in collaboration with management
• Senior Director, Product Development will understand customer/market needs and synthesize appropriate product requirements
• Isolate marketable new product/component candidates from OEM providers and work with our teams - to integrate them into our product offerings

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's Degree plus 15+ years of Development and Production experience including manufacturing, planning, procurement, sourcing and supply chain business
• Creativity and knowledge in all areas of product management including the ability to conceptualize, develop and implement innovative product development programs
• Strong product sense, acute understanding of the marketplace, proven experience combined with an analytical, strategic mind• A solid track record of advancement with proven results in new product development and product line management
• Experience in domestic and international sourcing and pricing negotiations
• Ability to visit factory and access whether or not the facility has the necessary infrastructure and is capable of handling the Company's development and production needs
• Endure stressful situations at times
• Operate in a professional office environment
• Constantly use work related equipment
