We are looking for a driven Product Management leader to help us build and scale our end-to-end TV+ platform enabling advertisers to reach audiences around TV content across all screens and devices. The Director of Product will lead across the TV+ streaming and cross-channel product areas, drive product vision and strategy, and execute the roadmap for a large, dynamic, high-growth business area. The Director of Product will also collaborate closely with senior-level internal and external stakeholders to strengthen our partnerships alongside evangelizing and delivering our best-in-class solutions.
What you’ll get to do:
● Be the visible evangelist and expert for Simulmedia’s products internally and externally
● Establish global product strategy, roadmaps, and corresponding GTMs to drive value and competitive differentiation in the market
● Conduct market research and validation by engaging directly with customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and industry bodies to gather data and correspondingly identify and execute commercial opportunities
● Build a strong understanding of competitive offerings and points of differentiation
● Analyze, translate, and incorporate changes in the global privacy landscape into strategic market opportunities for our privacy-compliant targeting and optimization suite of solutions
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in engineering, sales, business development, marketing, and ops to drive the product strategy and deliver tangible growth and results to the business
● Lead highly collaborative cross-functional teams to oversee the planning, design, and development of products from initiation decision through release and future iterations
● Recruit, hire, lead, and promote top product talent alongside supporting collaboration, risk-taking, development, and growth within teams
You should apply if you have most of these:
● BA or BS degree in CS or related technical or engineering discipline or equivalent experience that indicates a technical background; MBA background optional
● 6+ years of product management/leadership experience; 5+ advertising products or monetization products along with people management experience is ideal
● Strong domain expertise in advertising/marketing technology (DSP, SSP, Ad Servers, Exchanges, Data Providers) across several formats (Linear TV, CTV/OTT, digital video, mobile, DOOH) and corresponding business models within TV/digital advertising
● Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technology leaders within the company and customer/partner organizations
● Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate, influence, and lead cross-functionally across engineering, data science, and product teams
● Deep intellectual curiosity, passion for learning new technology, able to identify market trends
● Experience within an Agile product development environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement
● Experience in working with APIs and related development technologies
We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
