Senior Director, Product Management

Product Management is critical for the ownership and growth of our products, and we are looking for a new leader for our Oncology application portfolio.

Join us as Senior Director, Product Management for Global Oncology Diagnostics Applications.

These are remote/field-based hires across EMEA and NORAM, including up to 30% domestic & international travel.

NB: English is our primary business language, and all applications/CVs should please be in English for a successful review.

Your mission:

Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will take leadership of the entire Oncology Application Portfolio (including Comprehensive Genomics Profiling; Liquid Biopsy and Homologous Recombination deficiency Solutions).

Leading the Commercial Product Management Team (4 FTE)

Translate organisational strategic objectives into operational deliverables for Commercial Product Managers and product lifecycle.

Drive collaboration with Platform Management, Product Marketing, Sales and other go to market function for continuous product improvements.

This is a remote hire with domestic & international business travel c 25-30%.

Requirements

Your Background:

8+ Years of relevant product management experience in diagnostics applications.

Additional exposure in complimentary commercial role beneficial (FAS, Product Specialist etc)

Strong working knowledge of NGS within a diagnostics workflow

Exposure to multiple indications within oncology diagnostic products/applications is essential.

Direct experience of leading a commercially focused product management team/function.
