Senior Director- Product Management

Role : Sr Director - Product Management

Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a seasoned and innovative product leader to join our product team as Senior Director of Product Management. In this role, you will define and manage the Product Roadmap our Luminate Control Tower Solution, working with our Leadership and guide other product managers to ensure we deliver market leading solutions to customers and guide the Product Roadmap.

Experience that is needed for this Senior role are supplier collaboration, supply planning, and/or transportation execution focus and the ability to work in cross functional organizations within Blue Yonder and within the diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product leadership to define Product Strategy and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build a well-defined and integrated roadmap.
• Think strategically on what it takes to bring competitive advantage to the Product and Platform by building differentiated product capabilities
• Drive Product Lifecycle by collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Customers, UX to drive the product life cycle from concept to customer success.
• Deliver roadmap and strategy to customers, gaining buy-in, working on co-development opportunities, and turning customers into net promoters and references
• Work closely with Engineering, Services and Customer Success team to drive User Adoption and customer value
• Coach and grow Product management team for the next phase of growth for our business

Required Experience:

• Experience in product management, sales or consulting for enterprise software
• Knowledge of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, distribution planning, transportation execution, inventory management and S&OP
• Detailed understanding of JDA or competitive supply chain planning solutions
• SaaS experience preferred
• Experience with machine learning and AI systems preferred
• Strong interpersonal, team and client relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly presentation experience to senior levels of management
• Ability to explain the business and technical value of a technical offering to an audience mix of technical and non-technical customer representatives
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in business related field of study preferred
• Ability to travel (10-35%)
