Senior Director, Product Management
Job Description
This key position reports to the SVP, Product Management our Product Innovation & Management team. We're a dedicated, down-to-earth group, passionate about building great products in support of our growing organization. We look forward to adding you into the mix!
As a Sr. Director, Product Management, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap execution of Corcentric Source to Contract Solutions portfolio (Source-to Contract solutions, covering Sourcing, Supplier Information Management, Supplier Performance Management, Spend Analytics, and Contract Lifecycle Management)
- Keeping a pulse on market trends, generating ideas and setting direction and prioritization for the solutions to drive revenue and profitability, with a focus on building the right product and building the product right
- Working with the leadership team to set strategy, with the ability to make challenging, high-judgment trade-off decisions
- Leading, managing, and mentoring product managers responsible for day-to-day execution
- Tracking, reporting on, and improving metrics across product quality, product effectiveness, customer satisfaction and process execution
- Partnering with sales and marketing teams to support new opportunities, future account planning, and current account execution in support of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Actively identifying and engaging with partners to define solutions and develop business relationship
- Being the go-to subject matter expert for ideation, solutioning, and problem-solving with customers and prospects
- Being the cross-functional leader, motivator and catalyst in removing organizational roadblocks to effectively execute on product and program goals
- Evangelizing the solution with industry analysts across markets
- Actively contributing to broader product and company level initiatives
Requirements
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrable experience and expertise with relevant SaaS technologies in the Source-to-Pay or Financial Services domain
- Senior level product management experience with comparable SaaS technology organization
- Track record of building & shipping innovative, customer-centric, and successful products
- Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrable experience managing, motivating, and developing teams
- A strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of decision making with successful, impactful outcomes
- Willingness to get into the weeds, with a learning mindset to become the go-to product expert
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to clearly and compellingly articulate complex ideas across a wide scope of audiences
- Senior presence, with the ability to effectively partner with, influence, and lead cross-functional teams

It's great if you also have:
- Specialized experience in the Source-to-Pay space, being fully responsible for a key part of the product portfolio
- A Computer Science degree, and/or professional work experience as a software engineer
- An MBA
