Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • 7 years of leadership experience
  • Experience leading the development of marketing and audience strategies, creating go-to-market plans, product positioning and measurement frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability leading teams through the design and implementation of successful marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability using data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems and make complex decisions
  • Successful track record leading cross-functional teams
  • Keen ability to influence decision makers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in financial technology (fintech) or a related field
  • Graduate degree or equivalent competency in marketing, economics, communications or a related field
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, UI/UX, sales, training, client support or finance
  • Understanding of current and emerging product marketing strategies

Job Summary

As a Senior Director of Product Marketing, you'll be a creative and analytical leader who inspires and empowers a team to test and develop strategies aligned to well articulated business goals. You are obsessed with finding a better way, taking inspiration from real client tensions and needs in order to deliver delight in one of the most complex life experiences - buying and selling a home.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead a team of product marketers and indirectly lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned to business goals and product strategies.
  • Lead the development of business proposals, marketing analyses and project overviews based upon business goals
  • Ensure the teams they oversee utilize key marketing communication channels to cross-collaborate and drive results
  • Oversee development of programs that provide insight to the client journey
  • Collaborate with leadership to create goal alignment and ensure business needs are met
  • Anticipate project obstacles and acts to prevent or mitigate their effects
  • Ensure their teams are leveraging market research to inform of marketing strategies and develop knowledge of audience needs and wants
  • Present strategies, performance and results to senior leadership
  • Mentor, coach and develop team through challenging work and guidance, and improving business and marketing acumen of junior team members

The salary range for this position is one hundred fifty-one thousand five hundred dollars to three hundred eighteen thousand dollars.
