Senior Director, Product Strategy and Growth:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Strategy and Growth to join our Product Management team. The team drives strategic Product growth initiatives and heavily contributes to long term growth strategy, strategic planning, operational improvements, and works closely with cross functional partners for prioritizing product investments to make, partnerships and potential acquisitions.
Responsibilities:

• Market and Competition : Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform decision making. Period updates on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Growth Strategy Initiatives : Craft long-term growth strategy and lead execution of strategic initiatives. Discover and implement growth opportunities across all aspects of the business.
• Product Investments based on ROI : Develop a deep understanding of all product areas and advice on where we need to invest more, reduce investments or sunset products.
• Inorganic Growth : Participate in M&A, strategic partnerships, and strategic investment projects. Lead Product M&A integration activities
• Cross Functional Alignment : Work with cross functional teams such as Product, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, CSM, Services, finance and corporate development, to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
• New Product Introduction : Contribute to the introduction of new products and Go-to-Market programs to market to continue to drive growth.
• Operational Efficiency : Build consistency across product areas to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Usage Metrics and Insights : Develop consistent usage metrics across all product areas by working closely with Product leaders and provide recommendations to executive management on how to act on insights.
• Executive Presentations : Support communication efforts with executive staff and Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience - consulting experience in a top-tier management consulting firm; or corporate/product strategy or corporate development in a technology company.
• An ideal candidate would be an MBA with 2-3 years of post-MBA experience.
• Ability to conduct fact-based market analysis, build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively.
• Skilled in strategy development, including project prioritization, hypotheses development, financial and business modeling, strategic options identification, consensus building, and implementation.
• Experience with managing M&A integration.
• Strong project management skills; project management experience leading complex projects.
• Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Background in enterprise-driven SaaS software industry, contact center, collaboration, unified communication, and cloud technology experience a plus.

IIf you are hired in Belmont, the base salary for this position is between $188,000 and $266,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
