Summary: Join us as the Senior Director of Public Relations and Social Media, where you will drive our PR and Social Media efforts for North America and lead internal teams, media and agency relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee and execute a strategy for all communications across PR, Media and Social platforms in North America

• Manage the Home Appliance and Home Electronics business unit PR and Social Media team leads

• Drive our media relations strategy that seeks high level placements in print, broadcast and online media

• Be the face of LG- act as a corporate spokesperson, including in-person speaking engagements across nationwide conferences, tradeshows, media, panels and events

• Coordinate with Marketing team leaders to drive a proactive and unified go-to-market strategy

• Work closely with Internal Communications & HR team to help ensure a regular and clear cadence of communications to the organization

• Improve messaging reach by developing new communications platform

About You:

• Minimum of 15 years of success leading PR & Social Media

• Exceptional communication and public speaking/presentation skills

• Track record of success in public speaking where media spokesperson responsibilities were key to company success

• Expert ability to craft messages that communicate LGE's positioning and strategies effectively to investors

• Ability to proactively build relationships with relevant media and investors

• Bachelor's degree required, Marketing or Marketing Communications preferably
