Position Overview:

As the Head of Quality Engineering at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for drastically improving the Quality of our engineering team. As a result of your success, our customers will be more satisfied as they will be getting more reliable outcomes at a faster pace. You will lead a large team of engineers and managers, distributed across North America, EMEA, and India, and focused on quality engineering. 

What you will do: 

• Lead a large team of quality managers and engineers across multiple locations.
• Define the QA strategy, approach, standards and execution across our suite of products and collaborate with other leaders to build the ZoomInfo approach
• Develop & implement strategic plans to drive quality improvements within the org.
• Define and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices.
• Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality assurance practices and incorporating new strategies
• Drive automation transformation to increase efficiency and reliability of our testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and build our automation infrastructure and building blocks

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large teams of managers and engineers
• 10+ years of experience leading and owning product QA domain
• Extensive experience in automation testing and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of software development & QA methodologies, processes, and testing techniques within an agile environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute long-term quality engineering initiatives
• Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

The US base salary range for this position is $216,000 - $270,000 + Equity + Bonus + Benefits.
