Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Operations, you will lead a team of Sales, Marketing, and GTM Systems professionals to own and operationalize our sales, expansion, and retention process design and execution. As a key member of our GTM leadership team, we will lean on you to direct operational improvements that maximize top-line and bottom-line results for our business. This leader will analyze data to uncover business opportunities, enhance workflow processes, and optimize our go-to-market tech stack.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partner with executive GTM leadership and SVP of RevOps to define, develop, support and measure execution of GTM strategy
  • Lead and drive process excellence and alignment across sales and customer experience functions, including ownership of the CRM, CPQ, and Gainsight enabled processes
  • Define and execute talent strategy to scale the team of Revenue Operations employees
  • Own SFDC and CPQ data hygiene and governance processes
  • Define and develop reporting infrastructures for key KPIs across Marketing, Sales, and Support, and publishing regular reporting, analytics and review cadence on these KPIs
  • Support GTM annual planning processes including account scoring, segmentation, and coverage model
  • Own sales and BDR territory mapping, compensation planning, quota setting
  • Partner with Finance on reporting, ops. reviews, and forecasting
  • Conduct whitespace analysis, and provide expansion team strategy and support
  • Design, stand up, and execute a deal desk, providing consistent visibility to sales and executive leadership

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required, while an MBA or graduate degree is desirable
  • 5-7+ years of experience in RevOps leadership role
  • High-growth SaaS company experience
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and directly managing a high performing team
  • Highly motivated with outstanding communication and executive presence skills
  • Experience building reporting and executive presentations for SaaS and growth-stage companies
  • Experience managing and optimizing a go-to-market tech stack, with advanced proficiency in SFDC workflows, CPQ, and data hygiene best practices
  • Experience implementing buyer-driven sales motions, CAPDB, and value-based sales methodologies
  • SaaS sales experience a plus
  • Direct healthcare industry or experience selling into healthcare personas a plus
  • Must be willing to travel to Santa Monica, CA Headquarters 40-50%

How We Pay:
  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
  • We are targeting a base salary from $123,200 - $277,000
  • You will also be eligible to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
