About the role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to inform and optimize our sales and marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth by defining the strategy, analyzing the full funnel, designing processes, and configuring tools to enable the sales team to achieve their targets. You’d be a great fit for this role if you enjoy both setting sales and revenue strategies and bringing that strategy to life. This position will report to our SVP of Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working in revenue or sales operations teams within adtech; start-up experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and scale sales/revenue operations of significant scope through growth periods
- Previously designed and implemented sales processes while leveraging data to drive influence and strategy
- Experience developing and implementing sales forecasting models, pricing and packaging strategies, and sales compensation plans
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence and work cross functionally to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, data visualization software, and other sales tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Hubspot, Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Responsibilities
- Set and drive execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with sales and marketing
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and key metrics, delivering regular insights to the business
- Actively communicate and support the sales team in understanding goals, key performance indicators and opportunity areas
- Own the evaluation, improvement, and implementation of all tools leveraged by our sales team
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent on Salesforce and other sales tools
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting models to support revenue planning and decision making
- Lead the design and implementation of sales compensation plans that motivate and incentivize the sales team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition
