Senior Director, Sales & Account Management (Corporate Wellness)

Peloton is seeking a proven enterprise sales leader to scale our Corporate Wellness Business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving top-line growth and client retention, as well as building a rigorous operational infrastructure to function efficiently and measure success.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, growth-minded, low-ego and highly analytical executive who has built successful sales and account management teams at leading organizations, particularly in the healthcare, wellness and/or benefits sector(s). This role will report to the SVP & GM, Commercial and Corporate Wellness.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Build and execute a sales strategy to drive Direct-to-Employer client acquisition, revenue growth and retention for Corporate Wellness
- Develop new channel strategies to augment DtoE growth via Brokers, Consultants and PEO organizations
- Lead and complete RFP processes with prospective partners ranging from Insurers and Health Plans to large, complex enterprise companies.
- Architect and implement best-in-class sales operations processes to drive funnel efficiency and reporting transparency to measure success (inclusive of decisions on requisite tech stack and product roadmap)
- Recruit, train and develop full range of sales professionals from sales development, account executive and post-sale account management
- Close key clients and advise on other high level strategic relationships, including payers, brokers and other potential channel relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and oversee the development of sales enablement materialsĀ
- Drive analysis and recommendations to help evaluate new revenue growth and partnership opportunities
- Regularly summarize and present updates and recommendations to teammates and Peloton senior leadership
- Lead cadence of performance meetings (QBR, MBR, WBR) gathering inputs from the team and offering strategic recommendations on path forward.
- Construct and manage team budget, inclusive of sales compensation structure (in partnership with GM)
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 15+ years experience in enterprise sales and account management at leading B2B companies. Experience in benefits and wellness is strongly preferred.Ā
- Proven track record of success building and leading successful sales and account management teams at leading organizations
- Deep existing relationships in the corporate wellness, benefits and/or healthcare industries
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skill, with the ability to represent Peloton at external events and key executive speaking engagements
- Ability to build strong industry and cross functional relationships
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast evolving, and ambiguous environment, defining processes as they get built, and can partner closely with product development
- Energetic team player with low ego
