You mitigate risks while maximizing sales by creating, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the territory management strategy, including the Sales Rules of Engagement (ROE). You develop and implement a successful sales distribution and territory management strategy that defines how Spectrum Enterprise approaches the market. You mitigate risks while maximizing sales by creating, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the territory management strategy, including the Sales Rules of Engagement (ROE). You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:
- Partner with Sales leadership to establish sales strategies and guide all efforts to simplify and enhance the client and seller experience.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of sales territories and modules in Salesforce.
- Guide resource management decisions to determine discrete geographic resourcing of all seller resources.
- Partner with business partners to evaluate the total addressable and serviceable market opportunity, while driving data integrity and data management efforts for market data.
- Evaluate the current sales distribution strategy and make recommendations to optimize Spectrum Enterprise's ability to maximize its share of market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish, define, and align the Sales ROE guidelines.
- Drive consistent and continuous application of the sales ROE across all sales channels, using reporting, audits, and adherence to a strong compliance model.
- Assess current and future tools and applications supporting territory management tasks, in order to drive efficiency and productivity.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required qualifications
- Experience: Three years of direct sales experience; five years of Salesforce experience; ten years of general management and sales operations leadership experience; Telecommunications or Cable MSO industry experience.
- Technical skills: Experience with territory optimization software; understanding of CRM systems administration; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skills: Knowledgeable of U.S. geography and demographics; English communication skills.
- Abilities: Expert in building a consensus across multiple functions and teams to develop and implement key initiatives.; Ability to develop and maintain high-quality teams while conducting audits and other data control programs.
Preferred qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership experience in the Cable MSO, Telecommunications, CSP industry with a focus on Sales.
