The Security Products mission is to instill trust in the Workday service and brand by protecting account identity, data and infrastructure for our end users and our customers. This team works to scale and strengthen our security platform to support all Workday customers with a rich feature set for Identity and Account Management, Configurable Security and Authentication.

About the Role

As a Senior Director of Engineering in the Identity Access Management Authentication domain, you will lead and mentor engineering leaders to define and shape Workday's IAM solution for our customers. This role will lead the critical and growing areas of Security Products in the Identity and Access Management space, as well as play a key part in influencing, defining, and delivering the technical strategy and technical roadmap for the Workday's Cybersecurity & Trust organization.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years experience combined in software development and engineering management
• Domain experience with Identity Access Management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, such as authentication, authorization, federation, identity governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, architecture strategy, and roadmap for Security Products
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks
• Lead and grow a passionate team of software engineering leaders and engineers across diverse geographies (NA and Ireland)
• Experience in SDLC methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience in working with large-scale enterprise systems and cloud-based environments

Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $220,000 - $330,000

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $209,000 - $378,000
