What You'll Bring:
  • 12+ years experience in marketing strategy or marketing consulting in a client-facing role
  • Deep domain expertise in using Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs), data, and analytics to help customers craft optimized brand interactions & experiences for consumers and calculate the ROI of those experiences.
  • Significant presentation experience with unsophisticated audiences explaining data, marketing optimization, and analytics
  • Strong client management skills and an ability to build relationships with senior fortune 100 executives
  • Ideal if you have specific experience in the ad or marketing tech industry, a digital marketing agency, a programmatic buying company or client-side digital advertising.
  • Proven Experience in building teams and managing direct reports
  • Experience motivating a team to drive toward short deadlines, cross-functional, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Ability to think and work strategically, but also execute as an individual contributor
  • Great writer and thinker; exceptional written and verbal communication skills

We're looking for a "customer first" focused leader who's excited about supporting business-critical marketing data applications. You will lead a team of Product Solutions Consultants (Sales Engineers) providing pre-sales product expertise in support of TransUnion's Marketing Solutions business. Specifically, your team will consult on products like:
  • Onboarding
  • PageAdvisor
  • DSDK
  • Identity Graphs
  • Adadvisor
  • OCRM
  • Identity Planner
  • Clean Room
  • Fabrick IDs
  • Matching service for publishers
  • 2nd party data marketplace

You will be a key member of the Marketing Solutions: Product Solutions Consultant team working with Sales, Product Management, and Product Marketing leadership teams. You will also help define how TransUnion Marketing clean room product solutions Go-To-Market and help drive value for clients and prospects. You and your team will use your in-depth product and market knowledge to articulate unique value propositions for TransUnion Marketing Solutions to sales staff and customers through presentations, data analyses, proof of concept projects and product demonstrations. You will be expected to foster future leaders while building diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Lead and mentor product solutions consultants (e.g. solution engineers) as they learn TransUnion's Marketing Solutions and develop the knowledge and skills to be independent contributors.
  • Identify areas of needed talent improvement, address those areas, and ensure that the Product Solutions Consultant Customer Experience team is continually optimized against the goals of the Marketing Solutions business.
  • Work with the Vertical Solutions Consulting staff to ensure that your team assigns, prioritizes, and completes work in a manner that meets both internal and external timelines.
  • Produce thoughtful and compelling value propositions using a data-driven approach
  • Provide focus and optimize team velocity in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Be a voice of the customer during Go-To-Marketing and product roadmap planning discussions with internal stakeholders.
  • Help identify product innovations and evolve TransUnion Marketing solutions to meet the needs of the market.
